Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to all orders placed on 4ugallery.com (the "Store") by consumers. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.

1. Seller

The Store is operated under the name Gallery for You. Contact: support@4ugallery.com. See the legal notice.

2. Who can buy

The Store sells to consumers aged 18 or over with a delivery address in a member state of the European Union. We do not deliver outside the EU.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours, light effects and sizes may look slightly different depending on your screen, room and settings. Product images may show decoration that is not included. Small differences that do not affect the use of the product are not a defect.

4. Prices

All prices are in euro and are the final price you pay for the product. Shipping within the EU is free. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you before shipping and you may confirm the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

Product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. You place a binding order when you complete payment at checkout. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if we cannot deliver to the address given, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made at checkout by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place the order. We never receive or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Products are shipped from warehouses located in the EU. Delivery usually takes 4–9 business days after payment. Delivery times are estimates; delays caused by carriers or events outside our control are possible, and we will keep you informed. If delivery is more than 30 days late, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. Please make sure your address is correct: if a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will refund the order minus the shipping costs we incurred. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or a person you designate.

8. Damaged or missing items

Please check your parcel on arrival. If a product is damaged, defective or missing, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, including any return costs. This does not limit your statutory rights.

9. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Full details, the withdrawal button and the model withdrawal form are on our Returns & withdrawal page.

10. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, as provided by law. 11. Use and safety

Use products only as described in the instructions supplied with them and only for normal household use. Do not open, modify or repair electrical products yourself. Keep small parts, cables and batteries away from young children. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear; this does not affect your rights where a product is defective.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability cannot be excluded by law (including product liability). In all other cases, our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract, and in any case to the price paid for the product concerned.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, carrier disruptions, natural disasters or government measures. If such an event prevents delivery for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the order and you will receive a full refund.

14. Intellectual property

All content of the Store, including texts, design, logo and the name Gallery for You, may not be used without our written permission.

15. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

16. Complaints

Please send any complaint to support@4ugallery.com. We aim to reply within one business day and to resolve it within 14 days.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.

18. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the seller, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in the EU where you live, which always apply in your favour. You may bring any claim before the courts of your country of residence.

19. Severability

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
