Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gallery for You, support@4ugallery.com) of your decision by a clear statement, for example by using the withdrawal button, by email, or by using the model withdrawal form below. Use of the model form is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods to the return address we give you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

How to return

Tell us you want to withdraw (button above or email) and include your order number.
We reply with the return address and instructions.
Pack the item safely, ideally in its original packaging, and send it within 14 days. We recommend a tracked service.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, you do not pay for the return. Email us with a photo or short video and we will replace or refund it. Your two-year legal guarantee also applies.
