Where we ship

All 27 member states of the European Union. Shipping is free on every order.

Where orders ship from

From warehouses inside the EU, depending on the product and stock. There are no customs or import fees for EU customers.

Delivery times

Orders are handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 3–6 business days later: about 4–9 business days in total. You will receive a tracking link by email. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Address

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately; we can change it only before the order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at support@4ugallery.com. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
