This policy explains how Gallery for You ("we") processes personal data when you visit 4ugallery.com or buy from us, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

2. Data we process

• Order data: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, products ordered and payment status.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We receive only limited information such as the card type and last four digits, never the full card number.
• Communication: the content of emails you send us.
• Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the pages and protect against attacks.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Processing and delivering your order, handling returns and complaints (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, contract).
• Keeping records required by tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, legal obligation).
• Running a secure website and preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
• Answering your questions (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

4. Who receives your data

• Stripe (payment processing).
• Cloudflare (website hosting, security and email forwarding).
• Our suppliers and their carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number only to ship your order.
• Google (email service used for customer support).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising without your consent.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers, and the operation of the store, may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as provided by the respective providers.

6. How long we keep data

Order data is kept for as long as required by tax and commercial law (usually up to 10 years). Support emails are deleted when no longer needed, at the latest 3 years after the last contact.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@4ugallery.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

8. Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The payment page provided by Stripe may use cookies that are strictly necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
